travel united states wyoming 91 ranch
The 91 Ranch was a cattle ranch owned by my father-in-law, Karl Schakel, Western Land Development, north of Laramie, Wyoming.
My visits to this ranch were some of my first experiences on a real ranch.
Here, I saw Leslie's nine and twelve-year-old brothers herding horses with a volkswagen.
Here, I did my own first cattle herding on horseback. Here, I did my first elk hunting.
I have good memories of this beautiful ranch beneath the majestic Snowy Range.
